Money Mags: Money Mags was born in 1983 on a thoroughbred farm in Hemet, CA. In the early 90's Mags moved to the city of Riverside, CA, so his father Magdaleno S.R could start a career as a thoroughbred trainer at Santa Anita Park. Money Mags was raised in racing family; so he knows the game from many different point of views. After high school in 2001, Money Mags worked full-time with his father on the southern California racing circuit as a foreman. In 2004 Mags finally enrolled in the Community College in Riverside to pursue his life long dream of graduating the Race Track Industry Program like his brother, Dino Perez did in 1995. In 2008 Mags was accepted by The University of Arizona , so he packed his bags and headed east to Tucson, AZ. It all paid off in 2009, when Money Mags was hired by the Arizona Department of Racing as a State Steward. This name Money Mags was created in 2011 when Mags became a greyhound analyst for bigjackpotbetting.com and so the story begins. mag@equisight.com
